Shipping

Delivery is by courier to any mainland UK address.  If your order is received by us before 2pm on weekdays, delivery is normally within 3 working days to the UK mainland and takes place between 9am and 5pm on weekdays.  If these times are not suitable please inform us so that alternative arrangements can be made.  It should be noted that delivery will always require a valid signature.

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will back order it for you.  You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges

VAT is charged on all orders delivered to the UK at the standard rate of 15%.  All prices on the site are displayed exclusive of VAT.

Credit Card Security

All credit card numbers are encryped in the software when the order is placed.  Credit card numbers are only decrypted after they reach our computer.  They are not held in clear text on any web site.

It is the aim of Premier Tool Sales to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase.  We only supply quality goods from our range of suppliers.  In the unlikely event of any problems with your purchase please contact us at info@premiertoolsales.co.uk where we shall be pleased to arrange a prompt response to your issue.

Returns Procedure

We want you to be pleased with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you can return your items provided they are unused and in their original packaging. Outbound delivery charges will not be refunded. Call or write within 14 days of purchase for authorisation to return or exchange your unwanted goods. Your credit card will be charged at time of order and any returns subject to a 20% restocking fee plus VAT. Faulty items can be returned at any time during their warranty period.

All returns must be arranged through Customer Services who will issue you with a returns authorisation number. Customer Services are contactable on 020 7326 000 or at info@premiertoolsales.co.uk. Please do not attempt to return any item to Premier Tool Sales unless you have been issued with a returns authorisation number. Goods returned without authorisation may result in a delay of your query being dealt with.
